That approach still guides how we run things today.
We are currently operating only within Canada, and all of our policies apply to Canada at this time. In the future, if we begin operating internationally, we’ll update our policies and this page accordingly.

When I started North Gem, I wasn’t trying to build another jewelry store with an endless catalog and generic product descriptions. I wanted something smaller and more honest, a place where you could look at a ring or bracelet online and actually know what you were getting, down to the sizing and the finish.
